The Clinard House is named in honor of Kathy Hatfield’s partner’s family, the Clinards, who are a prominent family well-known for their service to the community and fierce Thomasville pride. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a formal dining space, a kitchen with a casual eating area, a patio, and a deck. The Clinard House is located in Erwin Heights, a beautiful, well-established neighborhood in Thomasville, North Carolina.
